Hi, how the exercise of warrants and Esos will affect the income statement and cash flow statement.

Hi Kok Kin,
 
It usually don’t affect the income statement or cash flow statement. It will just affect the number of share outstanding which affect the EPS.

Then , how did they get the Proceeds from issuance of shares in the cash flow statement (2015 Harta report)

Sorry I missed out this part, the warrant and ESOS money will inflow into the cash flow from financing.
