Hi Victor,
I would like to check for valuation of REITs, do we always use Price-to-Book ratio to value all REITs? Thanks.
Also, I have sent you via email the excel file for the P/B charts of 4 REITs, would appreciate if you could help to check if they are correct. Thanks.
