Hi Victor, I remember during the class, you mentioned that the valuation methodology is not suitable for Financial Institutions like banks, insurance firms. Do I remember correctly? If so, what would be the appropriate methodology(s), or if those taught in the class can be a proxy method?

Hi Kian Hwee,
 
It is not the valuation method but the investment process in term of analysis cannot be use for banks, insurance, REITs and finance companies.
