Hi,
When using the checklists, do you exclude a company from consideration if your answer to any of the questions in the checklists is “no”? Alternatively, do you make the assessment based on the number of “yes” vs the number of “no”?

Hi Tony,
 
I think you can based on the number of yes. Do note that the key to investing is to focus on the business and management because if you have good business and management, the financial numbers tend to be good already.
