I’ll like to know where to learn this method from? Especially when it was shared on the webinar on 2nd April regarding special situation investing.

Hi Henry,

Sum of parts is basically adding up the valuation today. For instance, there is company A,B and C. Each company I use different valuation to value them to get a valuation. For example, Company A – PE – $10m, Company B – PB – $5m, Company C – DCF – $10m. After you value each of them then you add them all up which is $25m ($10m+$5m+$10m).This is called sum of parts
