Hi i’ll like to know if you guys happened to invest coys with the above mentioned, and what do you look out for when accessing the transactions whether they’re fishy or not?

Hi Henry,
Most companies in Asia usually have related party transaction (RPT). I mainly look out for how the money actually flow. Does it flow in the company or out of the company? If it flow out of the company what is the amount ? if is too small usually it is ok but if it is significant I will usually question on it.

Within annual report, which part will indicate this transaction and they indicate the reason for the transaction?

For SGX, there’s a related party transaction section in the AR

Hi Koh,
You can control search the following word to find related party
“connected transaction”
“interested party transaction”
“related party transaction”
