Hi Victor,
When considering insider ownership, do we consider the Direct Interest only or should the Deemed Interest also be taken into account? Some companies also have shares owned by employees. Do we have to consider those as well?

Hi Victor,
 
Direct and Deemed interest are the same thing except that one is own directly through their own name while the latter is owned through a company. 
 
You should look at those ownership by the executive board members and the owner of the company.
