Hi Victor and IQ community 
May I check if the information on SEC’s website is  similar to what our SGX (company announcement) provides, please? (E.g. annual, quarterly reports, filings on insider buying and changes in the company).  Other than SEC website, are there any other resources providing such information?
 
Separately, would also like to check, for foreign companies like Alibaba who list as American depository receipts (ADR) on the US stock exchange, would their financial reports (with information such as company’s business and earnings) be published in English on SEC website? Is the SEC website the place to check on insider buying for ADR companies too?

Yes the SEC website can get all the information of any US listed companies. 
 
Alibaba’s 10-K reports are all in English. You can find insider transaction in Form 3,4 or 5. The definition of each of the Form are in the link below.
