Hi,
I just downloaded the excel and the checklists. I noticed in the valuation checklist, there is a Margin of Safety to fill in. However there is no computation on the Margin of Safety in the excel template, do we compute the MOS on our own?

Hi all,

Is the template built for distribution and manufacturing setup? Banks, properties and REITs not applicable?

Hi Chor Loo, the template is built for normal operating business excluding the banks, REITs and insurance.

The MOS is self computed.
