Hi will like to ask if you’re still comfortable to invest in companies that have encountered three directors resignations within a two year period?

How long have they been director? what is the company?

Two of them were appointed for about a year from Dec 2015. The company is Jiashili listed in hk with stock code 1285. I knew about the resignation from hkex web page under the announcement section. To my surprise the name of the directors are still inside their company web page.

Thanks for sharing. It definitely flag off some red flags about this company. Hence, I will definitely be uncomfortable.
