Will like to ask what comprises of intangible assets and goodwill in the balance sheet of a company mainly, and will it be better to omit them in order to obtain a conservative equity figure?

Hi Henry,
Intangible asset are usually like rights, license or patent while goodwill is the excess amount paid from an acquisition. I usually don;t remove it from the equity.
