is that reasonable for a single executive director has a remuneration of almost RM 4mil if the company only have a profit of RM 4x mil. How can i know if the management is a good capital allocator ( other than share buyback ) ? Can u suggest any books that can increase my financial literacy or help in investment. Thank you .

For a single executive to pay himself RM4 million based on a profit of RM4 million seem to be quite high. You can read this book called The Outsiders: eight unconventional CEOs and their radically rational blueprint for success. This book can help you understand about capital allocation.
