I read in one of your responses to a member that “This IQ program content cannot be used to value businesses such as banks, REITS and insurance !”. So, are you saying that this program is only applicable to Growth Stocks ???

Hi James,
There are different type of companies that are listed in the stock market. Majority of them are the typical operating business while the rest are special breed that required a new perspective to look at and different ratio to analyse. The typical operating business will account 80% of the stocks in the market while the rest of the 20% account the banks, insurance and REITs.
I will say Investment Quadrant is use to analyse the 80% of the stocks which are the normal operating business that does not have special ratios to look at.
