I am looking into Karex Annual report came into some question of company shareholdings. May i seek your advise that  –

  1. in page 164 Karex One Limited appears to be top shareholder of KAREX. How do we find out who is shareholders and his interest owned of Karex ONe limited?
  2. in same page 164 and 165,  a few shareholders and directors own KAREX direct and indirect interest. Indirect interest seems to be higher than direct. Plus total indirect interest are greater than 100%. With information given how do we interpret shareholding ratio down to individual basis ?
  3. In page 88 director remuneration package separated to group and company. Shall we consider total figure from both?

Hi Jeff,
Direct interest is what the director immediately own under their own name. As for deemed interest you can only roughly gauge it because it is hard to find out the actual percentage that each Goh owned.
For the remuneration package, always take the group figure. Ignore the company.
