Victor had wrote an article about this few months ago, you can view his work here. Aside the financial ratios, most importantly, it’s important to make sure the qualitative is checked too. The stock must be able to continue paying sustainable dividends (ie Not in the Sunset industry) and the company can always pass on the incremental cost to its consumer.
