I did a double check on Wing Tai Properties (HK). Since it is listed on the hong kong stock exchange the market capitalisation is HK$6.72 billion (convert to SG equal HK$6720 million/6.1 = SGD$1101.6 million). May i know where did you get the figure of HK$20,364.4 million? Since Wing Tai (SG) owned 34.55% stake in Wing Tai Properties (HK) which is equal to SGD$1101.6 x 0.3455 = SGD$380.6. You may want to double check on your figure.
