Yes, it is possible so long you can prove that you’re an existing shareholder of the company (Caveat: this is assuming the management is shareholders’ friendly). But I would encourage you to attend Annual General Meeting (AGM) instead. It’s definitely much easier to attend one that’s arranged by the management than trying to arrange a meeting with them.
Let me share with one interesting experience of mine, the very first meeting I had with a listed company. It happened five years when Victor and I went down to visit a listed company’s HQ in Singapore without making any prior appointment. It was a surprised visit. But then, we were happened to be so lucky to have the company’s CFO around in the office. She spent about an hour with us and clarified all the questions we had back then. Anyway, do not try this at home. lol
