There is not website that show past PE and Dividend Yield unless you use bloomberg terminal that required to pay month $2K++
For PE, you can call your broker and ask him to retrieve the information from the bloomberg terminal.
If you want to collect the data yourself, you have to go to the price chart and collect the price of different year.
Example: for PE, take the price of that year dividend by the EPS of that year.
